Questions families ask

We’re based in Stirchley and run two local rounds a week. Book by WhatsApp or the form. First time, leave your washing out however you like — we’ll put it in our bags. After that, fill the BusyBee bag we left you.

Usually 2 to 3 days — collect on one round, return on the next. We don’t offer same-day. Washing, drying, and folding properly takes time, and collections don’t run every day.

You don’t have to guess. We give you a BusyBee bag. Fill it and close it — that’s one Little (£16) or one Family (£24). First collection, use any bag or hamper you’ve got. We’ll sort it into our bags so you can see the size, and leave empties for next time.

No. The bag is the measure. Fill it, close it, done.

Yes — a bedding set goes in a Family bag (£24). We wash duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases. We don’t take duvet inners, pillows, or bulky items that need a giant commercial machine.

Yes. £44 a week for two Family bags, collected on the same round each week. We leave the bags with you. Spaces are limited.

We collect from Stirchley, Cotteridge, Bournville, Selly Oak, Selly Park, Kings Heath, Kings Norton, Ten Acres, and Brandwood — about 5 miles from Stirchley. Moseley, Northfield, Bournbrook, and Cannon Hill: message us with your postcode and we’ll say yes or no honestly. We don’t cover the rest of Birmingham.

You can pay now by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you book. Or pay when we bring the bag back — cash or bank transfer. We’ll send transfer details on WhatsApp if you need them.

Ordinary family detergent. Say if you need non-bio for sensitive skin. Please don’t send hand-wash only, dry-clean only, or items that can’t go in the tumble dryer.

Leave a note in the bag if something is already stained. If anything is lost or damaged, WhatsApp us straight away. We’re a small local service and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Name, address and phone are only used to collect and return your laundry. We don’t sell them or send marketing.
