- We wash with ordinary family detergent. Tell us if you need non-bio for sensitive skin. We don’t take hand-wash only, dry-clean only, or anything with a ‘do not tumble dry’ label that you still want dried.
- We look after your clothes like our own. If something is stained, leave a note in the bag. If anything is lost or damaged, message us straight away and we’ll put it right as best we can — we’re a small local round, not a factory.
